Qualifications
- Associate's degree and or Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent preferred or Master’s degree in Theater Arts, Musical Theater, Creative Arts Therapy, Drama Therapy, or related field
- Prior volunteer or work experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and diverse cultural communities preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and small groups at one time and to shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and engage in required reporting activities to Programming Director.
- Must be able to multi-task and detailed oriented
