Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent is to report for work in a timely manner, groomed professionally, and perform their job function in accordance with all Carroll County Memorial Hospital standards, policies and procedures. Each employee is responsible for upholding the Carroll County Memorial Hospital Core Values, namely: Respect, Compassion, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence.
The RN is to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/family needs for all states of surgical care (pre-op through PACU). The RN demonstrates professional development and clinical competency; addresses health educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and unit operations; acts in a clinical leadership role;Â performs other related duties.
