Position Overview:


We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with a passion for golf! The ideal candidate will have be an active golfer with knowledge of golf clubs and terminology. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as communication with customers is primarily handled via phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat, assisting golfers with product inquiries and order support.
  • Consult with customers on golf club selection, leveraging knowledge of current and past equipment models.
  • Assist customers with custom club orders, ensuring correct specifications and proper communication with manufacturers.
  • Resolve customer questions regarding product details, shipping, returns, and order status.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of golf equipment, including clubs, shafts, balls, and accessories.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support company goals and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for golf – must be an active golfer with a solid understanding of golf terminology and equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic club fitting and custom order processes preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience (phone, email, chat, or in-person).
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and problem-solving mindset.

Work Schedule:

  • In-person position at the Joliet Fulfillment Center
  • Business hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time, Rotating Saturday coverage 9 AM – 3 PM Central Time
  • Shifts will vary: typical shift length is 8 hours plus a 30 minute lunch.
