Cool Clubs is hiring for a Master Club Fitter at our HQ in Scottsdale, AZ! This is a full-time position working five days per week (normal hours of 9am-5pm) that must be open to working Saturdays.

Job Description:
The Master Club Fitter is responsible for performing golf club fittings and related assignments for a wide range of players including high handicap customers, better playing amateurs, VIP guests, and tour players. Responsibilities include:
Club Fitting:
- Ownership of all aspects of the club fitting process (customer service, technology, sales, etc.)
- Fit all customers using the good/better/best fitting process and make proper club recommendations
- Accurately document all fitting information in fitting software
Follow Through:
- Remain in contact with customers during the build process when necessary
- Collaborate with builders on fitting/building challenges
- Address customer concerns and resolve them promptly to the customers satisfaction
Order Tracking:
- Fluently understand order tracking system
- Enter all orders and pertinent information into order tracking system upon placing an order
- Provide order updates to customers as needed
- Update system as needed (pick-ups, notes, etc.)
Club Repair:
- Loft and Lie adjustments for customers
- Re-gripping clubs for store customers when able
- Assist build shop with lite club repair when able
Front of House:
- Greet customers who enter the store
- Answer phones and manage personal voicemail box
- Book Fittings and help manage fitting calendar
- Help Customer Service Rep manage pick-up closet
- Assist with general cleanliness of the store
Other Duties:
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge by learning about new technologies and products
- Keep individual desk clean and organized
- Utilize all safety protocols and equipment as set forth by the employee handbook and company policies
Required Job Skills
- Knowledge of golf equipment and shafts
- Understanding of ideal golf ball launch characteristics
- General knowledge of club repair
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and POS Experience
Recommended Job Skills
- Experience with TrackMan or similar launch monitor technology
- Retail sales/customer service experience
- Excellent time management and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
