Certified Nursing Assistant for NW Oklahoma City Overnight

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 

Location: NW Oklahoma City 

Compensation: Starting at $16.00/hour

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Reinforce dressings (non-sterile) 

  • Assist clients with mobility devices (cane, walker, wheelchair, or lift device) 

  • Support prescribed range of motion exercises 

  • Measure and prepare special diets 

  • Monitor and record intake and output 

  • Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure) 

  • Assist with the application of arm and leg splints 

Qualifications

 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED 

  • Minimum six months of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in healthcare settings (homes or facilities) 

  • Completion of a State-approved Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) course 

  • Successful completion of a Competency Evaluation meeting state licensing laws  for home health agencies 

  • Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) 

  • A compassionate attitude towards patient care and the ability to meet job demands 

  • Current CPR certification is recommended
