Requirements:

Must-Have:
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, human resources, statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in workforce planning, operations analysis, or a similar role.
- Direct experience in workforce planning, capacity modeling, or resource forecasting for teams is required.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Experience with forecasting methods (e.g., regression, time-series, scenario planning).
- Comfort interpreting statistical trends and converting them into business recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have:
Â
- Experience with scenario modeling, demand forecasting, or resource management is highly preferred.
- Basic experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation.
- Ability to automate data pulls or reports (e.g., using Power Query or scripting tools).
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is advantageous.
