IT Manager

MDK, a forward-thinking law firm, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT infrastructure and DevOps initiatives. This strategic and hands-on role will focus on modernizing our IT systems, enhancing operational efficiency, and managing cloud and infrastructure projects. You will lead a small, high-performing team, drive innovation in IT operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategies with MDK’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development:

  • Provide direction and support to a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Mentor and coach team members, aligning development plans with organizational goals.

  • Balance strategic leadership with day-to-day technical oversight and project management.

• IT Infrastructure & Operations:

  • Drive the modernization and optimization of MDK’s IT infrastructure, improving security, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Oversee network architecture, security, and support for remote office IT and VDI.

  • Lead vendor management, ensuring performance, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment.

• DevOps Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead MDK’s transition to a modern, AI-driven platform by developing and implementing DevOps strategies.

  • Architect, deploy, and manage scalable cloud-based solutions to support business growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders across departments to ensure IT strategies align with business goals.

  • Champion a culture of respect, creativity, collaboration, engagement, and advancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud architecture, and infrastructure management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

• Hands-on experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.

• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions.

• Proven experience in setting goals, creating roadmaps, and delivering results.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across departments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Schedule & Benefits:
