Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor client websites for new REO referrals.
- Create title orders in our software system.
- Contact all parties, including realtors, lenders, and buyers to confirm order and schedule closings.
- Maintain contact with all parties throughout the process to monitor status and review all changes.
- Collaborate with leadership, clients, realtors, and other title agencies to effectively develop solutions, increase efficiency, and meet closing requirements.
- Prepare and process closing documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate shipping of closed files and upload documents into our software system.
- Prepare account balances, including fees, funding, deposits, and wire transfers.
- Create checks and disburse all funds from the transaction.
- Ensure that all client-specific requirements are met for documentation, forms, and submission.
- Support the team in meeting firm expectations and goals.
