Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or HR with a focus on training content creation and facilitation.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and engagement strategies.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS); familiarity with Paycom is a plus.
- Proficiency in training development software such as Camtasia, or similar tools is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
