Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review standard legal notices and pleadings.
- Utilize our case management system to ensure legal cases are progressing in a timely manner.
- Handle hearing preparation.
- Field phone calls from clients, courts, and sheriffs related to foreclosure matters.
- Support team in meeting firm expectations and goals.
- Assist in the training of new team members.
- Actively work to become familiar with the entire legal process for all work performed by the team and all our jurisdictions in Illinois.
