- Apply MDK policies, procedures, and culture to lead and support the team in achieving our mission and values.
- Manage team schedules, timecards, and staffing to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with attorneys to create a motivating and productive work environment focused on delivering quality legal services.
- Support team development by addressing challenges, fostering collaboration, and working with HR when needed.
- Monitor performance and quality, providing feedback and ensuring compliance with MDK standards.
- Develop and oversee educational plans to promote skill growth and career development.
- Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and oversee training for new team members.
- Review team workflows for quality, encourage open communication, and promote accountability.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and agility.
- Manage client, regulatory, and court relationships, resolving conflicts to maintain satisfaction.
- Promote teamwork across the firm, ensuring consistent delivery of legal services aligned with MDK guidelines.
