- Bachelor's degree in public policy, social work, business or related field preferred; four years of work experience may be substituted, in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 5 years professional leadership experience managing full-time paid staff.
- Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams, empowering them to elevate their levels of responsibility, span-of-control, and performance.
- Working knowledge of volunteer development.
- Experience working with volunteers and families of varying socio-economic backgrounds.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel skills. Database management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Good judgment and discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to manage work, time, and self.
- Orientation to detail, accuracy, and the meeting of deadlines.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other Food Bank staff and volunteers.
- Ability to present a professional demeanor under a variety of conditions.
- Valid Government Issued Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
