MP&F is seeking a Paid Search and Social Media Strategist to join our team. Applicants should have experience overseeing and executing paid search and paid social media campaigns. We are looking for a subject matter expert to work closely with client account teams and paid media specialists to ensure all campaigns are executed in adherence to industry’s best practices and optimized performance, while meeting client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain oversight of all paid search and social campaigns
- Provide subject matter expertise related to ad builds, performance monitoring, scaling budgets up or down effectively
- Build, monitor and optimize campaign performance in Google, Local Service Ads, PMAX, Bing
- Manage paid social on platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat
- Advise and mentor junior search specialists on campaign setup, optimization, best practices
- Monitor performance metrics consistently, set up alerts and triggers to detect and address discrepancies
- Efficiently find details affecting the campaign negatively or positively and adjust accordingly
- Determine and implement optimal bid strategies that produce the maximum ROI profitability
- Learn, adapt, and teach immerging digital technologies and platforms related to search and social
- Optimize client campaign metrics through A/B testing, data analysis and customer feedback
- Advise the company on tools and technologies needed to maintain our edge in the search and social space
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics team to show performance, adjust campaign for optimal reporting and performance
- Collaborate with account team leads and senior leadership to understand client goals and expectations, forecast and estimate for proposals, make recommendations for improvement and upscaling
Skills and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience executing SEM campaigns
- Experience with Google’s portfolio especially Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube
- Proven track record of executing paid search campaigns with budgets in-excess of 7-figures
- Experienced in executing successful campaigns regional and national scope
- Expert in Google Analytics, tag management, conversion tracking, goal establishment
- Deep knowledge of search and social platforms, requirements, restrictions, specs
- Attention to detail, deadline oriented, strong organizational skills
- Confident analyzing large sets of data and making recommendations, developing and executing strategies based on findings
- Experience peer-mentoring and overseeing work done by others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize technical detail and communicate across the organization
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work well within a team
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Google AdWords professional (GAP) and other SEM platforms certified preferred
