  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for organizing our clients’ technical projects and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently. You should have an aptitude for thinking outside the box and enjoy critical thinking, organization, and overall team management.

 

Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
  • Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
  • Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
  • Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
  • Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
  • Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
  • Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork.
  • Work with the technical team to brainstorm new processes for technical projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify projects’ risks in a timely manner and communicate to all parties.
  • Ensure projects’ milestones deliverables statuses are communicated to all parties
  • Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 27001:2013 requirements by complying with the Information Security Policy and procedures and meeting ISMS objectives.  
  • Understand the implications of not conforming with ISMS requirements. 
  • All employees have a professional duty to bring up to the IS Department, Top Management, or their Supervisor, any information security issues or incidents or situations that present potential security risks.  
  • Other duties as assigned.
  1. REQUIREMENTS
    1. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  • Bachelor’s degree or a mix between experience and education in related field or equivalent applicable work experience.
  • PMP certificate highly desired but not required
    1. Experience
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role – Preferably in hospitality.
  • Experience working in an ISO 27001:2013 environment a plus.
  • 5 plus years of networking, help desk experience.
  • High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.

 

    1. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Five plus years of networking and help desk experience.
  • High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Research new systems and applications to keep company current.

 

 

  1. PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to lift to 50 lbs. and reach with hands and arms.
