Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to run a variety of projects at any given time. This role will work closely with the executive team and report into the Vice President of Strategy & Operations. The projects will include both technical and non-technical focus; SaaS experience and software development skills are not necessary. This role is best suited for Project Managers who are comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels of an organization (up to Executive level), excel at interpersonal skills, express emotional intelligence, are highly organized, and have impeccable communication skills (both through calls/meetings and through deliverables).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects at the same time, of wide variety
  • Run kickoff, status update, report-out, and key learning meetings
  • Attend and/or structure working sessions within key projects
  • Manage project schedules and keep key stakeholders informed of project status, updates, meeting outcomes, etc.
  • Document projects end-to-end - from proposal stage, through status updates throughout execution, to project wrap-up
  • Manage project budgets when appropriate
  • Work closely with key stakeholders

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects
  • Balanced background of managing both technical and non-technical projects
  • Ability to run meetings with all levels of management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in building executive-level slides and clear deliverables
  • Experience with project management software (i.e., Asana)
  • Willingness to work on Pacific Time working hours

Starting salary will be in the range of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on candidate experience. Role is remote, with option to work in-office in Las Vegas, Nevada if local.
