Data and Workflow Analyst

First State Community Bank is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Data and Workflow Analyst. In this position, you will be leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to develop data driven solutions and streamline processes. This role is an on-site position at our Farmington, MO location until proficiency is achieved. At which time, a hybrid work schedule may be considered.

- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and financial outcomes.
- Develop dashboards to visualize performance of customer behavior, financial performance, or marketing campaign results.
- Support and build automation solutions utilizing, product specific workflow engines and maintain proper documentation and follow risk review procedures.

- Continuously improve data collection and automation of reporting and analysis processes.
- Identify best ways to integrate data from various sources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role preferred.

- Experience with Data Analysis and Modeling
- Knowledge of ETL processes
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST, and visual basic
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques

- DOMO, IBM Cognos, Looker for visualization
