Elmbrook Church is a non-denominational, intergenerational, multi-site church excited about the life change possible in Christ. Elmbrook’s mission is to help members become Rooted in Jesus Christ and Released to His mission. The Production Coordinator plays a key role in the production of all worship services and events at Elmbrook Church.  The role assists in making sure that all aspects of the audio and visuals supporting the weekend service or event run smoothly and are at broadcast quality.

Major Responsibilities

  • Engineer Audio components for weekly services and special events as well as build and train a volunteer team to meet benchmarks
  • Coordinates the audio, video & streaming elements of all weekend services and events at Elmbrook Church
  • Performs all proactive and reactive maintenance on all audio, video and streaming equipment, or works with our vendors to facilitate.
  • Troubleshoots all audio, video and streaming issues
  • Performs all post-production edits, uploads and archives of our broadcast and video streaming footage
  • Has a working knowledge of various computer programs including but not limited to ProTools, Resi, Adobe Creative Suite, and Nuendo Live.
  • Schedules weekly volunteers for any audio, video or streaming positions via Planning Center
  • Assist the Director of Production with other tasks like implementing new stage designs
  • Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings
  • Reproduce your role in the lives of other key leaders
  • Expected to be available to work nights and weekends

  • Bachelor’s degree in media, live broadcast or related curriculum.
  • Three or more years of professional experience working in church production, radio/video broadcast or live production environment or similar work.
  • Possess strong planning, and problem-solving skills with experience managing projects and delivering them on time and on budget.
  • Ability to readily adapt to change.

 

Employment Information

This position is full-time and classified as hourly, non-exempt

40 hours/week

Salary – dependent on experience, skills & education

 Paid Time Off (PTO) – Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO.  PTO is accrued on a calendar year basis.  Refer to the Staff Handbook for specific details. 

403b – Employees are eligible to participate in the 403b pension plan if they are scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week.  Entry dates for the 403b plan is the first of the month following the date of hire.

 Holidays – Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay.  Refer to the Staff Handbook for specific details.

 

Reporting Structure

The Production Coordinator will be accountable and report directly to the Production Director of Elmbrook Church.
