Human Resources Administrator

This position will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR operations for the company. They will ensure HR processes run smoothly and align with company policies and employment laws. Along with serving as a liaison to facilitate open communication, ensuring employee needs and feedback are heard and addressed.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and process new hires in HRIS.
- Assist in new hire orientation.
- Assist in new hire process: set up pre-employment screenings, send new hire onboarding, gather documentation, trainings, and complete I-9.
- Communicate with the Payroll team on terminations and final paychecks along with the completion of all necessary termination paperwork.
- Ensure all Driver Qualification files are up to date and accurate.
- Support payroll processing as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
