NIKA is hiring for a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to manage and administer a base operations support services contract at USCG Base Kodiak, AK!

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing the Quality Control Program (QCP), developing quality control metrics and checklists, collecting data, conducting analysis, and auditing BOS performance area.
- Responsible for safety compliance and collecting data for customer support.
- Enforce project quality control plans and associated standards.
- Perform inspection of all work center monthly
- Chair monthly QC briefings to senior management and customer.
- Manage, schedule, review, and certify all submittals for client review and approval.
- Conduct periodic follow up inspections to verify that work is proceeding in accordance with the PWS and corrective action plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Expected to be on site during normal duty hours.
Required Skills
- Minimum of four years of experience in quality assurance or project management on base operations support contracts or contracts of similar size and scope
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Experience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
