NIKA is hiring for a Contract Manager who will provide facilities operations support services for the Customs Border Protection (CBP) Arizona in Phoenix, AZ!

Responsibilities
- Ensure operations are in line with the Facility Maintenance and Repair Program for the Arizona Region Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Authority to act for the contractor on all contractual matters relating to the daily operations and shall be responsible for all aspects of contract management.
- Ensure optimum longevity of all CBP facilities' equipment and systems through a well-managed preventative and repair maintenance program.
- Manage and report to the COR the current status of equipment and systems, to include service interruptions and other vital information.
- Participate in development and execution of Minor and Major Repairs that are beyond the scope of services performed under the PM portion of the contract.
- Manage facility services budget to ensure highest priority requirements are met within a limited dollar amount.
- Maintain strict compliance with a combination of GSA, industry, and manufacturer-recommended standards for scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) or other Government approved standard of equal or higher level.
- Attend weekly progress meetings with the COR.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in management or related field and/or a trade certification
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with contracts of similar size, scope and at a similar level of responsibility.
- At a minimum, the Contract Manager shall possess a trade certification and preferably a Project Management Professional certification, Certified Professional Contract Management certification, Certified Facilities Management certification or a Certified Construction Manager certification.
- Strategic planning, personnel management, subcontractor interface, customer relations, operational planning and management and reporting are some of the critical requirements of the contract manager position.
- Must be able to attain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
