NIKA is hiring for a Quality Control Manager who will provide facilities operations support services for the Customs Border Protection (CBP) Arizona, in Phoenix, AZ!

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable laws, regulations, and best commercial practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of services to ensure compliance with contract specifications and standards.
- Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Prepare and submit detailed quality control reports and presentations for project stakeholders, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and best commercial practices.
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure availability on-site during regular working hours and within two hours after working hours.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with contracts of similar size and scope, and in leadership positions including management of quality control inspectors.
- Preferably the Quality Control Manager shall possess a 6 Sigma Green certification or an ISO 9001 certification.
- The Quality Control Manager is responsible for providing the Government with compliant supplies and services and working with the Government regarding its administration of its Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
- Must be able to attain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
