POSITION SUMMARY

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative team player with strong communication, who is technology proficient, and has strong organizational skills to join our Professional Credentials team as a Coordinator. In this role, you will support ISTE+ASCD's credentialing programs, including certifications and micro-credentials, by coordinating program operations and projects, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners. Key responsibilities include administrative support, data reporting, and managing invoices and contracts. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow in the fields of education technology and nonprofit organizations, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage all customer service inquiries and communications for professional credentialing programs, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Capture, document, and relay potential leads and business development opportunities to upper management and sales teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues; escalate cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Provide feedback for LMS enhancements, update content as needed, and deliver technical communication support to course developers, instructors, and program participants.
  • Create and manage participant utilization reports for directors and district stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze course data and project metrics, providing actionable insights to upper management to improve program offerings.
  • Process and monitor invoices for contractors, clients, and partner payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Streamline project organization and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to update web pages with current information, resources, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate the portfolio submission process, including reviewing evaluator feedback, publishing results, updating grades, and tracking monthly responses for all current and future programs.
  • Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up activities for webinars and online events for all current and future programs.
  • Consult with upper management and colleagues to support deploying new program initiatives.
  • Oversee the daily operations of credential programs, ensuring the smooth execution of processes.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by senior directors and project managers.

 

SALARY: $60,000.00

Qualifications

Knowledge

 

  • Understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Knowledge of educational technology sector (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HTML, video editing tools, and project management platforms such as Asana
  • Understanding of nonprofit organizations and associations

 

Skills and Abilities

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)

Experience

 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience
  • Experience in education or educational technology sector (preferred)
  • Prior work experience in associations or nonprofit organizations (highly desirable)
