Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to meet attendance requirements.
Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing including the providing of clear instructions to employees.
Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and time constraints.
Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.
Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.).
Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
Work may require occasional travel where there may be physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university in paralegal studies or equivalent formal paralegal education with a Paralegal Certification is required with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies preferred, AND
- Three years’ progressively responsible paralegal work experience with specialized experience in estate/probate, employment law and contract administration are required with supervisory experience preferred, OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Driver’s License
Paralegal or Legal Assistant Certification is required
