We are hiring an Administrative Professional - Rental & Sales Coordinator to assist our Branch Manager, Sales, Service and Parts Departments in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
What you’ll do:
You will support the Branch Manager, parts, service and administrative departments. Part of this job function will be to assist in the determination of parts requirements with customers, selling parts and providing order processing services.

Other responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Service department parts order processing.
- Customer parts order processing.
- Parts Department support
- Sales Department support
- Service Department support
- Support Branch Manager
- Issue PO’s
- Plan Spec Room downloads
- Greet incoming customers and vendors
- Answer incoming calls and carefully direct to the proper department or associate
- Support Rental Department
- Any other task as assigned by Manager
