Position Summary
The Director of Sales leads Five-Star Audiovisual’s sales efforts at assigned property, guiding customers through their event journey to deliver solutions that achieve their goals and create compelling experiences. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating long-term client and hotel partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic planning and execution. The Director of Sales manages and supports sales and event production processes, leveraging all available tools and resources to maximize event capture, strengthen relationships, and maintain Five-Star’s reputation for excellence.
As a leader, the Director of Sales also provides training, guidance, and support to property-level sales and event production staff, ensuring alignment with Five-Star’s business strategies and customer service standards.
