MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master’s Degree in Public Health, Evaluation, Social Sciences, or related field with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience. Equivalent combination of relevant experience and on-the-job training may substitute for formal education requirements.
2. Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis skills using tools including Qualtrics and Microsoft Excel.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Prior experience working with low-income, culturally diverse populations with cultural competence and humility.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Comfort both working independently and collaborating on diverse teams.
7. Vaccination Level 2: Must be able to provide TB, Physical, season flu and proof of Vaccination immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella & TDAP prior to start date. If vaccination records are more than 10 years old, titers are required to confirm immunity.
8. BLS/CPR certification must be obtained prior to start date and kept current at all times.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
9. Knowledge of the Bay Area Native American community and/or prior experience conducting evaluations with Native/Indigenous communities or Tribes.
10. Familiarity with Indigenous, culturally responsive, and equitable evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
11. Expertise with specific data analysis programs, e.g. R, SPSS, Atlas.ti, Dedoose, NVivo, etc.
