MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a current R.N. license in the state of California, and the license must be in good standing.
- Must have at least two years’ of work experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with varying audiences.
- Must be customer-service focused.
- Must be able to maintain composure while under pressure and in stressful situations.
- Must be detail oriented, and have the ability to set priorities appropriately in order to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to make sound judgments and be able to delegate effectively.
- Must be comfortable working on computers including the following software: Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as electronic health records.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in outpatient nursing, preferably in a community clinic.
- Experience working in a care pod model.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Bilingual in a second language.
- Experience working in NextGen Electronic Health Record system and in i2i.
- Experience supervising staff.
