MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Current RN License, FNP certificate and furnishing number.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Current CPR certification.
- Current DEA license.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience working with a community clinic is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate individual member's needs, reach sound conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Must be detail-oriented and be able to multi-task effectively.
- Previous experience with an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system and working in an EHR environment is desired; EPIC/OCHIN EPIC EHR system is strongly desired
- Commitment to Native American Health Center's values and mission.
- Must have the ability to relate and communicate effectively with community interest groups, agencies, and medical facilities that serve the American Indian community.
- Work exceptionally well under pressure, meet multiple and often competing deadlines.
- Must be able to meet set priorities as directed by Supervisor.
NAHC is a National Health Service Corp (NHSC) approved site where primary care physicians who are eligible for loan repayment funding can fulfill their service obligation.
NAHC is an Indian Health Program site for Indian Health Services (IHS) Loan Repayment Program.
