We’re looking for a confident, experienced Pit Shift Supervisor to bring their A-game to our Table Games department. At Legends Bay Casino, you won’t just oversee operations—you’ll set the tone, keep the energy high, and ensure every guest experience is unforgettable.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver top-tier guest service and gameplay integrity.

• Keep the floor running smoothly by allocating staff, supervising games, and ensuring procedures are followed.

• Be a mentor—train new team members and help current ones grow in skill and confidence.

• Jump in when challenges arise—resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.

• Conduct timely performance reviews and help identify team members who are ready to level up.

• Partner with Dual Rate Dealers to ensure optimal coverage and a consistent player experience.

• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance in every decision you make.

• And of course—other duties as assigned, because every shift brings something new.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience as a dealer in various table games

• 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Cool under pressure, with the ability to handle guest complaints—including those involving inebriated players—with professionalism and empathy

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Must be 21 or older and eligible for Gaming Control Board registration
