About the Role
We’re looking for a Healthcare Hospitality Sales Representative with a strong background in staffing and business development. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, developing long-term relationships, and navigating staffing bid processes to secure partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities seeking hospitality staff (EVS, food service, patient transport, etc.)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, meetings, networking, and RFP processes
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
- Track and manage sales activity using internal CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Compensation & Perks
