IT ANALYST

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interface with users and provide general IT support for all locations in the US and Brazil
• Work on smaller requests like report changes and process improvements
• Review process mapping with departments throughout the company
• Data management and EPICOR code/design
• Basic computer tech support when needed
• Other duties as assigned

 Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Epicor knowledge
• SQL coding/database

Education/Experience:

• 5+ years of IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree
