As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will deliver the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness food & beverage products and services.
Lead Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-of-shift notes, inventory lists, and re-stocking
- Ensuring service levels are maintained according to company standards
- Prioritizing and leading the kitchen team during service
- Opening and closing responsibilities
- Work the line with line cooks.
- Take inventory of products daily
Line Cook Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward coworkers and manage team
- Be responsible and show up on time to work shifts
- Pay attention to detail and follow recipes and orders given by the Executive Chef
- Audit and confirm inventory is stocked at all times. End of shift inventory- Report out-of-stock items to the shift supervisor.
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
- Clean and keep the work area sanitized and organized
- Have good knife skills
- Know about the seasonal products that exist in the market
- Must enjoy cooking and kitchen life
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to create and follow kitchen recipes
- Must have a good work ethic.
