Job Summary: Fire Sprinkler Inspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Fire Sprinkler, Clean Agent and Special Hazard Fire Protection Systems.
Pay Range: $25.00/hour-$32.00/hour The individual starting pay rate will be determined by factors including education, skills, experience and licenses/certifications.
SIGN ON BONUS! - For NICET III or higher, we are offering sign on bonuses to be paid as follows:
- $2,500 at time of hire
- $2,500 after 6 months of service
- $2,500 after 12 months of service
- TOTAL $7,500!!!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service and maintenance tasks on fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. This includes inspecting, testing, cleaning components, verifying system functionality and diagnosing system issues.
- Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
- Manage job scheduling and job progress in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with a strong focus on quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally. Educate customers on system functionality, best practices, and emergency response procedures.
- Complete and submit all required task-related, activity, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Making sure all work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment – trucks, lifts, tools, etc.
