As an Administrative Assistant at Trinity Solar, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities by providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, facilitating communication between teams, managing documentation and scheduling, and contributing to a positive and organized work environment that supports the company’s mission of delivering clean, renewable energy solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate appointments with customers and maintain digital calendars

Update customer records within a database

Source, print, prepare job details according to schedule

Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and cases.

Receive invoices and approve for accuracy.

Engage with visitors and outside vendors
Qualifications & Experience

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF

SalesForce.com experience is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
