The Account Manager (AM) position is responsible for the overall account management and sales support efforts in positioning our testing solutions to providers (physicians, medical groups, hospitals and LTC facilities) in a defined territory (Upstate South Carolina). The Account Manager role is a dynamic and results-driven professional who works closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborates with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet those needs within budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in client outreach to educate physician practices of the precision medicine program Spartanburg Regional Health System has launched.
- Coordinate meetings with the client and Sales to further educate and onboard the physician practices as well as communicate findings internally with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Support and Regional Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and analyze client needs and business opportunities to devise effective strategies.
- Gather client feedback for future product upgrades and improvements and produce progress reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Ensure all sales and client related activities are documented in our CRM system (Salesforce)
