Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably within the CPG, manufacturing, or food & beverage industry, with a focus on corporate level recruiting and working with C- Suite roles and global roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence decision-making.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
