- Familiarity with HR software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools

Education and Work Experience
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred and a minimum of 3 years of in a Senior Human Resources Generalist or similar role  OR
- High School diploma or GED and 5 years of advanced level Human Resources work experience in Senior Human Resources or similar role
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, COBRA, etc.).
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in higher education, technical training, or multi-campus operations.
- Familiarity with Paycom or similar HR platforms.

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, including keyboards, telephones, and copiers. Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching to access files and office materials. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (such as boxes of files, office supplies, or recruitment materials). Consistent visual and auditory attention required to read reports, communicate via phone and video meetings, and engage in employee interactions. Occasional travel between campus locations or to off-site training or meetings may be required.
