Education and Work Experience
- High School or GED required
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management preferred
- Two (2) to four (4) years of related Human Resources experience required
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, or relevant human resources / administrative position required

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. Majority of time is spent sitting at a desk or workstation using a computer and telephone. Must be able to read and interpret documents, spreadsheets, and computer screens for extended periods. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and in virtual meetings. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within the office environment; may need to move between departments or attend off-site meetings. Requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
