Position: HR Coordinator

Program: HR Department

Location: Middletown (Roscommon Office)

Salary: $22.00-23.00/hour

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday

 

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s Human Resources department, including but not limited to the on-boarding process for new hires, new hire orientation, HRIS data entry and auditing, personnel file maintenance, leave management and filing.  

Working within Administrative Services, the HR Coordinator is part of the Human Resources team that supports smooth operations for agency programs across the state. The Connection provides essential services to people in need of assistance for homelessness, substance use treatment, behavioral healthcare, and returning to communities after incarceration.

 

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree with experience preferred
  • Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required

 

Orientation:

If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
