About the Role
Are you passionate about optimizing supply chains and making a real impact in the aerospace industry? TES is looking for a driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping how we plan, procure, and manage our materials for high-value aircraft components. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams from procurement to production to analyze supply chain performance, drive efficiencies, and ensure timely material flow across our global network.

What You’ll Do

Lead inventory planning and materials availability for key product lines

Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Source and procure critical aircraft components

Support repair administration, product line management, and core tracking

Confirm and process customer orders

Align procurement activity with production schedules and customer needs

Resolve delivery issues and collaborate with suppliers to maintain performance

Identify and resolve component non-conformance issues

Communicate risks and opportunities to key stakeholders

Provide after-hours/weekend support on a rotating basis

Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and quality standards
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

2+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or buying preferred
-
Strategic sourcing and supplier performance management experience a plus

Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar data tools

Experience with ERP systems (Corridor or Quantum a bonus)

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
-
A self-starter who thrives in a high-accountability, fast-moving environment
