Position Summery/Objective:

This position will assist the Inventory and Parts Specialist.  This person will put away incoming parts inventory, pull parts for in house mechanics and road technicians for work orders , and pull and ship parts for customers.  This position will perform audits on parts to keep inventory accurate, keep the parts area clean while arranging inventory in accessible locations, and be able to deliver rental machines if needed due to lack of drivers in the field that are busy with other duties.

  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Parts Put Away
  • Organization and Cleanliness of Parts Inventory
  • Pulling Parts Inventory for customers and Service Reps.
  • Inventory Accuracy
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

Experience, Educational, and Ability Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Shipping and Receiving Experience
  • Minimum 2 years in warehousing and inventory
  • Computer Skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to Detail
  • Data Entry
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
  • Organizing and coordinating skills
  • Clean motor vehicle report
