Education/Certification: Graduation from an accredited Health Sciences program or higher. Current BLS Certification. Valid driver’s license. Valid CMA certificate/license.
Experience: CMA course, Phlebotomy course and phlebotomy experience.
Equipment/Technology: Experience with computers and office equipment, required.
Language/Communication: The ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual is a plus. Must understand medical terminology.
Mathematical Skills: General Math skills.
Mental Capabilities: Can frequently and consistently make sound judgments. Must be organized, able to multi-task, and a critical thinker.
