We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Intern to join our dynamic team in one of the fastest growing industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. This is an onsite position only.
Your key responsibilities and our ongoing training and support will ensure you gain a tremendous amount of knowledge:
- Invoice Processing
- Payment Management
- Vendor Management
- Record Keeping and Reporting
- Compliance and Controls
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Must be maintaining a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 with a minimum of 3.0 in their academic major.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
This is a Part-time Fall Internship position during the academic school year. Estimated hours for the role will be 10-25. This role may lead to a Spring and Summer extension and will be eligible to work additional hours during the summer and holiday seasons.
Occasional additional hours may be required during peak periods such as month-end or year-end closing.
