ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Trinity Solar is seeking a full-time Legal Writer Administrator for its Corporate Headquarters located in Wall, NJ.  The Legal Writer Administrator will work with an in-house corporate Legal Department consisting of multiple attorneys and paralegals.  The Legal Writer Administrator will also interface with other personnel within the business, including Sales Management, Payroll, Commissions, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Sales Administration.  An ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.  Work requires accurate attention to detail and exceptional follow-up and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Must be positive and energetic with a professional demeanor.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Sales Management, Payroll, Commissions, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Sales Administration.
  • Build a working knowledge of solar terminology related to sales commissions.
  • Prepare, process, and manage sales commission contracts (offer letters) based on promotions, demotions, division transfers, and other commission changes for a large volume of sales employees utilizing templates.
  • Address and respond to inquiries from Sales Management, Payroll, Commissions, etc. related to sales offer letters and commissions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and track sales offer letter requests via 0365 Forms and Excel.
  • Data entry into the company’s commission system (One Pay) and Salesforce with accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of work-product.
  • Work with legal team and take on assignments and special projects as needed, such as compiling documents for various pre and post litigation cases, and pulling relevant documents from platforms such as Salesforce, Paycom, and other sources.
  • Draft, review, and process various transmittal letters and legal documents as needed.

  • Successful and comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly outlook on a day-to-day basis and under pressure.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment.
  • Computer skills including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and O365 programs.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe Sign or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Comfortable with learning new computer-based platforms and software such as applicant tracking systems, sales tracking systems, legal matters and contract management systems.
  • Candidates will be asked to demonstrate writing ability and should present writing samples as well as business references.
  • Candidates may be asked to perform a written evaluation on site.
