Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement a global digital marketing strategy, integrating SEO, e-commerce, and content marketing to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (internal and external) to align technical and creative efforts, driving collaboration and accountability.
- Serve as a technical leader, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in digital marketing.
Website Optimization and Technical Leadership:
- Oversee technical SEO, ensuring best practices for web architecture and performance across multiple platforms.
- Partner with external developers and internal stakeholders to enhance usability, functionality, and SERP quality, in line with strategic growth goals.
- Help spearhead integration of website with other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc) to deliver best in class experiences to customers, an dinternal users.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of site structure, content, and metadata, providing actionable recommendations.
Global E-Commerce and Content Execution:
- Drive e-commerce marketing efforts, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the customer purchasing journey.
- Lead content localization and SEO strategies for international markets to support global expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-quality, SEO-driven content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Data-Driven Insights and Innovation:
- Act as the champion for analytics, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Power BI to assess and report performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve user engagement and lead generation.
- Leverage data insights to refine strategies, ensuring they align with overall business goals and industry best practices.
