Role: Child Care Practice Lead
C!A® is seeking an experienced leader in the field of Child Care subsidies for state agencies to drive strategic improvements and enhance the capacity of state Child Care programs. Through a combination of process optimization and SaaS-based solutions, C!A provides innovative approaches to help agencies streamline operations, increase efficiency, and better serve families in need.

Position Summary:
As the Child Care Practice Lead, this role is responsible for leading and managing the Child Care business strategy for C!A Consulting, ensuring a comprehensive approach to improving state Child Care programs. This includes cultivating relationships with state agency leaders and policymakers to drive operational improvements and enhance service delivery. The role supports business development efforts, including sales, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives, while overseeing the implementation of process innovations and technology solutions. Additionally, the Child Care Practice Lead collaborates closely with C!A’s Senior Vice President to develop, sustain, and expand the practice, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and mission-driven service to improve Child Care programs across the United States.
