The PC Specialist II reports to the Vice President of IT. The primary responsibilities include:
- Responsible for I.T. Help Desk taskings
- Responsible for PC installs, upgrades and monitoring system performance
- Assist with data security and daily cyber-security, malware and virus mitigations
- Provide supporting role in projects as assigned to IT Department
Essential Job Duties:
- Provide advanced support for all bank employees
- Respond to Help Desk requests in a professional and timely manner
- Printer troubleshooting and support
- Assist with PC Hardware/Software support.
- PC imaging
- Analyze trends and assist with devising preventive solutions
- Proficient with Active Directory
- Mobile Device Management support and maintenance
- Daily PC and Server system security patching and troubleshooting
- Assist with new user setup and support
- May perform limited amount of scripting and coding
- Assisting with designing, configuring, installing and maintaining our desktop infrastructure. This includes all hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Monitor system and network components through analysis applications
- Set up new users with network, application, and mobile communications privileges appropriate to their positions
- Create documented IT processes, functions and procedures
- Create reports to support various departments' needs
- Provide software training to Bank employees
Conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures.
The qualified candidate must possess extensive software knowledge of the common Microsoft Office products. An associates degree or three plus years of hands-on experience in the IS field is required. Additional certifications are preferred. Fiserv Premier core system experience is a plus. Position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, use of the keyboard and telephone.
This is a full time, non-exempt position eligible for a robust benefit package.
