Responsibilities:

Volunteer Communication and Care

Coordinate communication from our team to volunteers

Schedule volunteers for serving as well as reminders for meetings
-
Create and maintain databases, attendance records, rosters, schedules, calendars, and recruitment systems
-
Ensure volunteers remain up to date in the Child Work Approval Process and help with necessary follow up
Creative Team Administration:
-
Coordinate Churchwide Tech Events (School, Wedding, Funerals)
-
Oversee set up, decorations, ordering of food, and tear down for volunteer meetings, events, and programming including E-space requests, resets, and work orders
-
Administrative support for team meetings
-
Process AMEX receipts for the team and assist with purchasing
-
Assist in maintaining budgets and expenses for team
-
Be a part of serving at and providing support for Church-wide events and drives
-
Other duties as assigned
