Description

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will provide creative and technical support to the Design Manager, the Trade, Shopper, and Marketing Team and other departments within the company. You will support the team in creating visually compelling graphics, videos, and photography content. You will be involved in a variety of projects including point of sale materials, including displays/packaging, marketing content, website visuals, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their skills and make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for digital and print media including corrugated displays, posters, aisle stoppers, digital banners, etc.
  • Video Production: Assist in producing, editing, and refining video content for promotional and internal use. Collaborate on storyboarding and video concepts.
  • Photography: Capture high-quality images for various purposes including product shots, events, and lifestyle content. Edit and retouch photos to align with brand standards.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the design team and other departments to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct periodical market tours to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor packaging/POS, and consumer preferences to ensure designs are relevant and innovative.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all graphic design maintains consistency with brand identity, messaging, and aesthetic standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on Graphic Design, Photography and Video production.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically with Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
    • Experience with photography and photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop).
    • Experience with video editing software and techniques
    • Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs across Print and Digital media.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your graphic design, video, and photography work.
