What Is Expected of Me
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of Sam’s Club preferred and/or Grocery in a CPG environment (4 + years)
- Career trajectory of delivering results and increasing responsibility
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and persuade.
- Warehouse/CDC experience preferred
- Power User Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver compelling & persuasive presentations
- Ability to gather insights from data & translate them into convincing stories
- Strong collaborator, team-oriented
